I am so scared, is this vaginal herpes or warts?

I was having a lot of pain peeing and been having some itchiness but not a lot and after a shower i felt if anything felt unusual down there and it felt extremely bumpy, let me clarify, INSIDE my vaginal opening felt very bumpy not anywhere else, not outside of my vagina had looked weird or unusual at all or felt out of the ordinary. I've been googling it like crazy and nothing seems to give me a clear answer as to what this could possibly be. I've attached a photo and seek some help in figuring it out. I made a doctors appointment in two days aswell to make sure all is good in the hoodzFile size is too big. SORRY THE PHOTO ISNT TOO CLEAR

could be thrush especially if it’s itchy and stinging when u pee.
