a few mins ago i came out the shower & while drying off i notice weird black marks on my breast. they look like tiny scratches. my breasts are dry(skin in general really) and do get itchy but idk i am just freaking out. i woke up with scratches/bumps om my shoulder (sometimes i wake up with lots of scratches out of nowhere) not sure if thats what it is also but i am so so scared. i am a 19 years old female. they dont hurt theyre not oozing or nothing ive never felt lumps but what is this i am shaking
Dry skin can crack/break open easily. not 100% sure what yours look like but i know my skin was very susceptible to breaking open leaving scratch like marks and scabs when i never recalled scratching myself . It dont take much to break open dry skin. Try to keep your body extra moisturized with a good lotion. in the meantime just keep an eye on the marks and take pictures so you can see if they spread or get larger in size. For now i wouldnt worry. See a dr if they dont go away, get larger in size, spread, or look infected. Take care
Please dont worry. If your skin is dry and there is winter season in your country then it may be happend. Because i have my own very dry skin and it is horrible in winder due to dryness. My skin going to crack. Some time you rub towel so mark comes on your body. Do you have pain. Try to mosturise your skin. And if symptoms remains please consult a doctor he can tell you better.
