I am suffering from CIU since 4yrs and treated by Aerus +Singulair for more than 1 year ago but now no effect,what u advice, I start to add prednisone and get better ,
My problem is when I get flue like syndrome, the Use of Aeurs and Singulair didn't give me effect .
That's why I added prednisone to the Aerus plus singulair.
My question is the worry from side effects of using prednisone and also I want to know the duration of treatment with prednisone and the dose of its using for my case .
Also what is the best time to take prednisone because I take it twice daily 15mg morning and the same evening.
The problem when use it is more urination and go go bathroom too much and can not sleep .
Regarding the food that exacerbate the urticaria could you please advice me what kind if food I have to avoid ?
Also if it is related to stress so what I have to take for stress and dose the anti stress medications can help me to cure the urticatia?
I need more advice about my CIU.
