I am type 2 and my first HB1ac was 11.8 at the beginning of January it is now down to 9.4 can someone let me know what the normal limits are please

They say that our readings should be between 4-8 as a quide line,

Mine are more in the doubles region which i am trying to get down, good luck with yours

As far as I know and if we are using the same unit mesures in canada and in UK,, the normal shoold be below 7 per cent..this result tells us what was the sugar concentration during the past 2 to 3 months.The improvement that you showed is very encouraging.Maybe you could benefits all of us by telling which actions helped you to reach this target.
