i have had this as long as i can remember but now it has become worse they are very small spots or bumps and also wrinkles on my glans and i clean my penis good and it does not seem that there is cure for this thing i do not know what it is i have also put a pic please can someone tell me how to cure this and i think that females will look at my penis and be put off

Looks normal, just use a bit of moisturiser.

This just looks like something called Fox Fordyce. i have genital herpes, and it does not look like that for me.

as long as it does not interupt my sex life, my biggest concern was that girls would be unnatracted

if it is fox fordyce, you dont have to so much of anything, but itchiness is a symptom. i do not think that is genital herpes, but im not a professional. i do have genital herpes though, and it never really hindered me finding partners too much. out of about 12, just one rejected me. now ive had the same partner for years with a great sex life

Looks like dry skin. Moisturize with an actual Aloe Vera plant. Just break open the leaf and use the juice. If that doesnt help.... see a doctor!
