I'm not a doctor, but I think it might be a lymphocele.  If it is, then it's harmless, and will go away by itself.  You may be able to make it go away sooner with pressure or massage,

One suggestion I found online is to avoid masturbation and intercourse for two weeks to allow the lymphatic fluid to drain away naturally.
