Stress is my biggest trigger. I'm a firm believer that it affects MD. At least it is for me.
Anxiety and stress are my biggest trigger it seems.
Very interesting post!
There is definitley a correlation between stress and my attacks. Does anyone know the scientific explaination for this?
I think it most definitely can trigger an episode.
Yes absolutely
Change of pressure in the ear..
It is for me on most occasions
Stress is my biggest trigger. Tiredness comes second. But the two go together in my case as stress depletes me of my energy!
Hi Angela, how does stress affect the pressure in the ear?

Thank you everyone for your replies. It seems like stress is a trigger for many people.
I suppose this is partly why some people find valium helps during an attack?
As JMJ says on another thread, stress is part of life and hard to avoid but I am wondering what , if any, techniques people use to reduce their stress and if they think it has had a beneficial effect on their MD symptoms.
Yoga. A new look on things. Meditation. And lots of fresh air. It has helped me a lot and given me breathing techniques , relaxation techniques and also the ability to feel when my body is stressed. And weirdly enough, it has improved my balance!
Good luck 😊
