I have a bump on the shaft of my penis. I am a virgin 21 years old, uncircumcised man. This bump is painful only when touched Otherwise it doesn't cause any trouble. I got this bump just 4 days back .I have no troubles urinating either. any idea on what this is ?Please help me I am so worried about This.
Hi you probably will need to see a doctor it looks like a boil to me or infection you may need antibiotics for this. have you been rundown or sick lately?

OK it looks quite inflamed and sore I’d have it checked you wouldn’t want it getting worse in that area 
It does appear to be a boil. Apply a warm compress a few times a day, 5-10 mins. You can see your primary healthcare provider to see if they want to start an antibiotic or continue to monitor for worsening redness, pain, etc. Refrain from squeezing it or masturbating.
will it go away if i apply warm compress?

Yeah it possibly could but it could also get worse. I would try the warm water and I’d add some salt to it. but I would contact you doctor even if it’s only a phone call for advice.
A warm compress will help expedite the healing process, as heat can increase circulation and dilate the pores to help that drain.
i did apply warm compress and yesterday it just oozed out yellow-white liquid out with some blood. I removed how much ever i could then cleaned it with warm water and covered the would with clean towel. And now it looks like this.
what do i do now ??? i am so scared of this scarr is it normal to have one ???

No i didn’t go to any doctor. It looks like this now
i think its healing since there is no pain or itching or anything of that sort now.
It’s looking much better now in your first photo it looked really bad you might have a slight scar but nothing to worry about
