I just found out that my boyfriend of over a year (close to 2) was cheating on me the whole time with hix ex who was also having sex with others. He was my first sexual partner and my mom has never tested positive for genital herpes. But I was unaware there was basically this big sex circle going around. Quite frustrating. I was also told by him that I was his second sexual partner. We always used condoms and we only had sex about 4-5 times total. We did more oral than penetrative sexual intercourse.
The breakup was quite messy and I underwent a lot of stress. I noticed that 1-2 days after we had ended things I got this insanely painful flare up of red bumps on my lower right buttocks. I showed my mom and she is worried it may be herpes. But there is also the possibilty these are bug bites maybe. Anywho, I am about to schedule an appointment tomorrow to get tested. I just wanted to hear what the community had to say because hopefully someone has experience with it.
Btw, there are no bumps near my vagina or on my lips. And the bumps I have are extremely painful and itchy. I wore tight pants to work also and that was a big no no. I could not take my focus off the pain. For now I have been putting Neosporin on it.
