a few days ago i noticed hole just below the urine hole back of penis

i am worried can it creats problem in future?

Is it something that has definitely only appeared recently?  Can urine pass through it?  If it's always been there, it could be hypospadias,  A picture might help people here offer advice, but it might be something to ask your GP about, or you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic.

I hope the hole was not created by a prince albert device, which is a ring that goes through the top of your penis and out to the side. Some gay men go through this piercing.

If it wasn't , you need to go to your doctor immediately. It is not normal. It probably can be corrected, but only a doctor can determine the correct procedure. It probably is not a congenital birth defect because it would have been noticeable before now.

My best guess is it's a consequence of either hypospadias or possibly a tight circumcision (which may have been to correct hypospadias).  There'd normally be a frenulum or (at least the remnants of one in someone who's been circumcised).  It looks like the skin might have been under tension every time you had an erection, and has snapped.  In your position, I'd get it checked out as a matter of urgency, as it looks like an open wound that might get larger.  I wouldn't expect it to heal up by itself, and I don't think it would be a good idea to have sex or even masturbate when it looks like that.
