I believe I have herpes, Im a sexuality active young male.
The symptoms inclue itchyness, hurts to pee, headaches, fatigue.
As well as sores on penis (see image)
It could be herpes I have all the symptoms you mentioned get tested just to be sure and get on medication it really helps!
Do the sores start off like blisters? Do they hurt to touch? There's not much to see in the photo, so hard to say. Also, other infections can cause urinal discomfort. Best thing is to get it swabbed for herpes *asap* if you want reliable results. Once the skin starts to heal, the swab is less accurate.
Get too local gum clinic and they can swab the sores and test for herpes x
That does not look like herpes to me and I get them in the same place I could be wrong only way to tell is to get tested
second time i got it too... doubtful its herpes as well.... no pain showeed up this a m .... got new undies i guess were stiff and tight thats all i did...
