I CANNOT ACCESS THIS WEB SITE VIA EMAIL. ARE YOU HAVING THAT PROBLEM

This is frustrating and making me angry and depressed.  Anyone know what's going on or having a similar problem?  This is what I see when I click on an email to respond to it.

HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.

dear frazzled, i see the exact thing on my screen. glad i'm not alone with the anger and depression. frustrating!

I'm getting the exact same thing. Then when I check the site, I see a list of new topics that I never got an email for.

Im having this problem too 😡 I have to go on safari & search the website then look for the questions I received in my email

 Same here... bad request on safari and Crome.

made me pd off but eventually hit on one mail and it worked. Happened yesterday and Friday.

 Hopefully whatever it is will stop happening!,

The interesting thing is that I can see and respond to the weekly forums summary.  

And yes every now and then I get an email that actually accesses this site.  Very strange.  Hope they get it fixed soon  We're missing out on what might be some very useful information and we are unable to respond to their calls for help.  Sigh.

There has been a problem with our email sender site that has caused these broken links. This will get fixed today. In the meantime you can use https://patient.info/forums/me/notifications to view notifications and apologies for the inconvenience.

I get that too. But today I got in so maybe they fixed something (I hope). I don’t see a way to report this to the site. Have you been able to do that?

Hi pobutter:   you should be able to access the site via email now.  I was able to contact the moderators on the board but that was over another matter.   Technical issues seem beyond them.

Are you able to get in now?
