I can’t breathe probably

I wasn't able to breathe probably 2 nights ago. It lasted from 11pm to 4am. I went to the doctor, got an X-ray and everything was normal (except the creatinine in my blood. it was too high). My doctor said I had an anxiety attack. Now, I have anxiety (I get anxiety attacks rarely) but I never experience any shortness of breath. It's been 2 days since I had this problem and I feel no sort of anxiety right now but the center of my chest hurts ( a tight, heavy, uneasy feeling that just won't go away!). Also, I thought maybe my weight could be the problem. I'm 144lbs and 5'4. Could it be caused by my weight? Or is it just anxiety? If it is how could it be if I don't feel any sort of anxiety or stress?

, Anxiety is something that can come on without us even realizing it. It can cause all sorts of symptoms including breathing issues, a tight chest etc. there must be an underlying anxiety, something in your life causing this. try to think what it could be…job, family, friends, generalized anxiety, etc.
you can learn how to control breathing, thus control a lot of the anxiety. when you are really having a bad time with breathing, go to you tube and search for STOP panic attacks NOW. even if you are not panicking, it will calm you down and help you breathe easier. There are many other meditations for breathing, panic, anxiety, that are very helpful.
ANOTHER good one is mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes.
As long as you have been checked out by your doctor and all is ok,
Counseling is very helpful . It always helps to talk to someone.
try to relax your mind whenever you can with meditation, enjoying nature, doing things you enjoy.
take care !
