I can’t feel my body

i cant feel my body and i have eye floaters.

its ok. those are very common symptoms of anxiety. eye floaters will not do any harm. I’ve had them for decades.
not being able to feel your body is due to anxiety. It’s also not harmful. What’s important is learning how to manage the anxiety so you feel better. Sometimes speaking with a counselor is very helpful. Think about what you’ve been anxious about in your life. Talk to somebody about it. Hang in there you’re going to be fine.

How do you stop the anxiety?

we all have to realize that there is no magic pill for anxiety. It’s something that we have to work on daily. But when we’re not sure how to do it, that’s where you need support. That’s why I suggest speaking with a counselor because they see patients every day with anxiety and they know how to help. I could tell you to do deep breathing or listen to meditation for anxiety and many other things. They may help but they don’t get to the root of why you’re having anxiety, they don’t come up with a plan. A professional therapist would be able to do those things with you. Anxiety can be inherited or learned. That part doesn’t matter so much because we have to deal with what is happening now.I hope you’re able to find that support! :heart:
