I have never been able to retract my foreskin and i am concerned about it and whenever i search up the problem i have it shows nothing like it. I don't know what to do about it and im too scared to see a doctor. is there a certain name or stretch for his?

Either you have a tight foreskin or a tight frenulum.
Consult a urologist. He can either prescribe you a steroid cream or a minor surgical procedure to loosen up your foreskin.
