I'm a 19 year old female college student, and I was diagnosed with anixety almost 10 years ago. Ove the course of my life, I've had numerous tests, including blood tests ans EKGs done, my most recent EKG being December 5th,2017. They've always told me I have a healthy heart, but part of me feels like I am being brushed off because of my anxiety. I am living in constant fear that I am going to die at any moment. I almost always have a tightness/pressure on my chest. Am I overthinking, or should I worry? I am barely allowing myself to enjoy my time in college because of this. It's absolute torture. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
Never gonna happen, I I have also been through that stage I have severe anxiety. Just a few weeks back I was literally crippled with anxiety and panic disorder. It truly is a nightmare to have. Your heart is not just gonna stop. I also have serious chest pains day and night. I used to run to the hospital all the time bcoz of the pain it was so painful I couldn't bare it. Just always think chest pain doesn't mean heart pain. The struggle is real I totally understand where you're coming from my chest pain I was convinced it was heart related and i wasn't going to make it to the morning and every time I always made it though the night but when u feel great and have my good days thinking back to how stupid it sounds but at the time it's soo real isn't it that you %100 believe what you feel. I totally get where you are coming from. Relax breath deep and tell your self your heart is fine and in good health.
