PLEASE let me know so I don't have to go to a doc. I don't have the money.

I cut my tongue about 2 weeks ago (just chewed on it and it bled for 30 minutes. ended up using a styptic pencil) and it scarred but that part is still numb. Will I ever feel the front of my tongue again?
