it could be a few things visit a gum clinic and get tested most men with chlamydia dont have symptoms but when they do its usually just a drip of white or cloudy discharge of pus from the penis it can effect the urethra causing burning and pain whilst urinating plus spots can indicate many things from stds to fungal infections
