I have developed this bump on top of my penis shaft and its under my skin. It has currently been there for 3-4 days. I experience no pain from it what so ever but, it does concern me. I visited my doctor a few days ago and she told me to wait 2 week and check back in with her. I am twenty years of age and masturbated the same week I got it everyday for more than 2 or 3 times those days of the week and then I noticed it a day later. I am not sure if I should be concern and I don't know what it is. If anyone can please tell me what it is or how I can get rid of it please let me know it would be much appreciated.
I am also able to move it and feel it and it feels as if it was really hard and I am not sure if its a swollen vein or if it will go away will someone please let me know what it is or how to solve it?

The doctor has not given you any medication for this? If yes, what is it ........ ?
