I developed this rash on both side of my groin in between the folds

Hi all, i developed this rash in between my thighs and groin where the skin folds. Any idea what it is? doesn’t hurt and they are not raised. No sexual contact

one did turn into an open wound which gives me minor irritation but i wouldnt say painful
