I don't feel anxious but have symptoms 24/7....

I was diagnosed with health anxiety in February after my dad had a stroke...my stress levels have dropped quite a lot since, did 9 sessions of cbt therapy & thought I had a handle on most of my anxiety triggers....but...I have a constant pressure in my head, feel foggy, almost spaced out almost all day, feel like I'm off balance, like I'm walking on a boat, feel shaky like I need sugar & my neck & shoulders are constantly tense & sore...I find I'm worse when I'm alone, driving & late at night when everyone's asleep or alone with the kids as I constantly worry somethings going to happen (pass out, seizure that sort of thing) & they'll be alone...or I won't be found in time...tried medication but nothing agrees with me...does anyone have similar symptoms that could help me fight this constant state of panic????

Hello jade I know how.you feel I experience these same.symptoms and more to add and they all happen now mostly in the head and neck area , I've had anxiety and panic disorder since last November, first it started off as the whole "I think I'm having a heart attack " symptoms which of course i freaked out and ran to the hospital maybe about 7 different times . now I'm dealing with a lot of tensions headaches , neck pain and stiffness , shoulder tension stiffness and pain . and shooting head.pains , face.numbeness but not numb to.touch just a feeling , tingling burning scalp sensations, and thinking I'm.going to have a stoke or seizure or something crazy , I've been checked out by the neurologist , had brain scans and MRIs all clear , I've had blood work done over.and over allntest clear . and.many other test done just to rule.out any type of life threatening health issues and I.passed all test . So supposedly I'm pretty healthy , I've even been to a endocrinologist and they cleared me.too . hope u feel better soon , I'm.still struggling myself though so you are.not alone

You sound pretty anxious. If you passed out you would come too within minutes so dont  worry about that. Seizure is short lived too. So yiu dont need to worry about those a worst scenario. Continue with the cbt and know there are setbacks. Its not a cure its a way to manage all this. there are alternatives you can use. L theanine, calm, magnessium glycinate and b complex, ginger is great for dizziness but the root and slice a few slices and out in hot water for a tea, or candied ginger. You a huge what if thinker and that needs to be tamed. Takes abiut 25-30 cbt lessons to be productive. You really ahve to be very interactive with cbt. Be sure to be eating properly and all meals so no sugar low.
