You may have a combintion of Thrush causing the itch and white discharge, and a Urine infection causing pain when you pee. They are very common and you need to see a doctor, who can give you an antibiotic and anti fungal treatment. Take a small fresh sample of pee to the doctor. Do this as soon as possible.
