Hi, you are going to be okay. I know when you are 20 it feels like the pressures of school and missing your family are overwhelming and it will never get better but it will.
In a few years, you will finish school and can rejoin your family. All of your feelings are very normal as you are turning into a young adult. It is great that you came here seeking advice and to know you are not alone, you will always have someone to talk to here or elsewhere.
I think what is important is that you set some goals for yourself that I know will help your situation.
First, try not to be isolated get involved in a study group at school, that way you will have social interaction and get refocus on your studies and not focus on your loneliness.
Be very careful about what you eat. Do not underestimate the impact of food on your body. Stay away from unnatural, white sugars. Eat foods that give you energy and clarity.
Your family loves you and understands what you are going through. Just try your best. Don't stay in bed too long. Pray to God. Exercise. Create a schedule that you stick with, without fail. Start small.
Each day try to one small thing that works towards these goals.
You can do it, hang in there
