It's been more than a month that I'm experiencing this. My left arm is always in pain. There are times my elbow will be in so much that radiates in my hands. I also suffer sometimes jaw pain. My left chest or heart is also in pain like being stabbed or pinch. Sometimes feeling shortness of breath and palpitations. Am I having heart attack? I'm still 22 female, doesn't smoke, drink alcohols. I'm really scared ðŸ˜

classic anxiety symptoms.
if it was a heart attack you would of known about it by now. i used to get these symptoms a lot. mine started in the elbow and radiated to my upper arm and chest and became sharp. if i panicked it got worse, if i ignored it then it soon went away. its fight or flight, dont melt down when it happens just try to ignore it.
But why it’s all just in my left side? ![]()
Then why it’s always in my left side that I feel pain? ![]()
anxiety symptoms can mimic heart attack symptoms.
the pain in the left arm
pain in jaw
left of chest pain etc…
you always get these symptoms but you are still here and healthy when they simmer down.
its not a heart attack its just anxiety symptoms.

The trouble with high level stress and the illness symptoms it causes is that, unless a GP sees you while you are in the middle of an attack, it is difficult for them to diagnose it. Especially as you are young, strokes and heart attacks would NOT be the first thing a medic would look for, it would be more likely you would be given something to relax you, like a mild tranquiliser. But your symptoms must be distressing for you so I do hope you see your GP to get some kind of reassurance and care.
I do have acid reflux though.
Acid, even long term indigestion can cause all kinds of problems. It eventually rots the stomach lining and can lead to surgery. These days the modern thinking is that so many medications have this acid causing side effect that most GPs will give tablets to stop it, like Omeprazole.
What alternatives that I can use or take instead of Omeprazole?
