I have a medicine phobia! I finally went to emergency room after 2 days with no sleep was having panic attacks, anxiety and, chest pain. they checked My heart and they said it was health and nothing wrong. So they gave me a 5mg Valium💊 and when I took it i kinda had a panic attack but after it kicked in I yawned and fell asleep for 2 hours and got woke up went home went to sleep fine . They prescribed me 5 mg vailums💊 and I'm scared too take them. And I feel the only way I can take them is when I'm in a hospital I don't get it! I'm only 16 years old
Don't be to scared of them as they just help keep you calm..they're literally only meant to help you when you literally can't calm down. I was given them once when a was so bad with anxiety. Just short term. They do help in emergencies! Hope you feel better.

I'm so sorry you're going through this at such a young age. Do you know why this is happening in the first place? Are you having a tough time at school or in your social life? Or maybe at home? Find the reason why and start working on that. I've been through way too much in life and it took me way too long to work on my issues. I was lucky to have support and find God. Exercise really helps. Don't google. Drink lots of water. Talk to someone. You teens have it really tough in today's world. You must focus on your wellbeing and push away as much negative as you can. That includes people. Message if you want. Hang in there. ❤️
