it dosnt look like herpes it mabe a benign spot usually they clear up within a week but if its appeared after having sex its probably better to have a blood test to check for hsv2 there are a few things it could be another is molloscum
im in the same boat as you right now! i had one single bump, started on friday, i busted it it looked like a white head. and now today its gone i had blood tests, urine tests, and a culture done just to be sure. so far my blood test says negative for hsv, hiv, and syphilis. gonorrhea and chlamydia also negative. just waiting on the culture result.
i replied about the positive culture and negative blood test on the other post
