so i have this redlike almost razor burn rash on the side of my penis and i dont know if it is herpes or another std i shaved yesterday and that is when i appeared but i had sex about a week ago please help

it had fadded by putting on lotion so im sure it is just razor burn it is almost gone and does not hurt unless friction happens
