How long has this been like this on your penis? When you say there is also dry skin on it you are mainly concerned with the red scarring tissue nearest to the camera on and underneath the head / glans of your penis?
Have you tried any creams or ointments for this? Have you seen a Medical professional about this? Have you used or placed other medications on your penis to try and deal with these issues, at all?
i have not visited a docter yet but theres also white peeling skin coming off and the red part on the tip of the penis is not sensitive anymore. it would be wonderful if you can tell me what this is and how to treat it.
I did ask the questions you have not responded to for particular reasons. There is no wonderful response I can give you are there are so many potential causes of what you have.
