so im a 28 year old man and i haven't had sex in 4 months. i lacerated my penis last year and had a few scars i thought healed up fine. For the last month ive been having painful white spots appear on my shaft and my skin is really wrinkled and cracked looking on the head and shaft. does anybody know what this is?
The white spots need to be correctly identified by a medical professional: contact your GP / PCP / Family / Regular doctor and you may be able to get a video call appointment because of virus restrictions.
You are likely going to need to see a Sexual Health Specialist, so what you could do is contact one of the main sexual health services in your area and see if / or when you can get an appointment, or at least a over the phone consultation
You can help your penile skin generally by not exposing it to soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel - then dry very carefully with a clean dry towel
