So at first I had these black circles apear but they were going away and But today I went swimming and i these popped up. I have no clue what it is

Im worried I couldve caught something through the cut while swimming in the public pool which had alot of people in it
that might be true. If you had a new cut (as you said) then it will be easy to catch a virus

I suggest you to use an antibiotic like Nystatin, It may help you if you had some itchiness too.
