I dont know what this is, its hard when touched and its starting to hurt when being touched, yes i masturbate sometimes frequently, and yes i have a girlfriend, shes clean and im her first and shes my first, so i dont know what this is.it cant be popped because it feels like theres something in there under the skin,it doesnt move around, it stays in thee same location. its a physical thing, not a liquid that can be popped or something. please help

Looks like a blocked follicle. Maybe hair or other skin oils. With movement sideways as well as gentle tugging, it should release. Maybe a few attempts. It will hurt & feel tender afterwards. Have some antiseptic like iodine ready to clean it afterwards (that will probably also sting a little).
Seek a doctors help if you feel better or safer that way.
