I feel like I'm going to die soon.

Hi,

I'm Naveen, 16 years old. 

Last Saturday (07th May) afternoon one of my bestfriends has passed away. Since then, I cried a lot.

And now I feel like I will die soon. Someone please give me an advice to make up mind.

Maybe you should considering getting one, therapy and CBT tend to help a lot of people. I waited too long and I'm on a waiting list right now.

I've actually had two friends die in the last few years, both in their 20s, and it's a lot to handle at a young age.

Can you look into therapy?

Yesterday I foundout my other friends (mutual friends of me & my late friend) also facing the same problem I'm facing. One of my friends sent me his mobile phone's unlock pattern. Because, If he dies and then someone can unlock his phone. :-)

I dont keep a password on my phone for that exact reason, I want someone to be able to contact my family if I die without needing the password. It's pretty nerve racking.
