I feel like I'm loosing my mind about covid

Okay, I just need some advice bc everyone around me just thinks I’m crazy and Its making me feel so alone. I know its not just my anxiety.

Well.. I went into the fabric store possibly a half a week ago wearing a mask (Mandatory in my state) so everyone in the store had one on. I had my own sanitizing stuff which i did use wipes to clean my cart etc. I took all the ness. precautions while in the store. FIRST OUTING.. my SECOND OUTING I had to go to the E.R due to stomach pain. everyone wore mask and I also kept my distance like i did in the store as well. I took a plan B early July which messed up my hormones and had me out of wack which is what the e.r doc told me after taking some test. well. they gave me pain meds (something I never had before) and some other stuff for pain. after a few min. I started to feel a dull headache coming on. I didn’t think much of it. until the next day.. I had a ranging migraine that I’ve been dealing with all week.. I’ve been taking pain meds that only take the edge off. today Sunday.. its finally letting up bc my doc gave me a week supply on a steroid this is my second day taking it. well.. My bf convinced me not to worry about COVID it’s my anxiety, I tried to accept that and move on UP UNTIL my daughter started saying her head hurts, and now today saying she is having stomach pain. we haven’t been anywhere or have been around anyone.. other then me going into the store and the e.r I’m so scared that we have COVID or could this just be all random and not related? my daughter and I both have allergies and I’m prone to migarines when my cycle rolls around. My stomached doesn’t hurt anymore it lasted like a day or two I think. I can’t stop crying.. do you guys think this is covid? or could I have been exspoed.. I feel like I’m going to die and my daughter wont be okay. I’m just freaking out inside idk.. I shouldn’t have gone into the store.. I feel like a bad mother now.

I know how easy it is to jump to the Covid diagnosis but remember there are a zillion other things including different viruses that can be out there also that are not Covid. Also, there are so many different possibilities. Maybe both of you ate something that gave you upset stomachs, . if your daughter is very young, she may be hearing you talk about your stomach and head and sometimes little children will say they have the same thing. I mean maybe she does have The stomach ache and headache but you know what I mean. really, the main symptoms of Covid are cough and fever. I know not everybody gets those but the vast majority of people do. It doesn’t sound like Covid to me. You were taking all the necessary precautions and there’s nothing more you can do. I think you and your daughter are going to be fine. relax about all of this. Just take one day at a time. I’m sure your daughter will be feeling a lot better if she hasn’t already. just don’t talk about any symptoms around her and see how she feels.
i agree with your boyfriend. Do some things that relax you. Stay busy even if you stay home. Just don’t sit around and think. Hang in there!

I do agree with you there, I feel like this morning when I asked her she said yes, then I gave her, her daily Vit. and then she said no. So, I was a bit confused and told myself I won’t ask her about it but for her to just let me know if anything hurts. My anxiety does make me over ask these questions bc I’m worried about it. She is Six, so on the younger side, I do still think that applies to her when you say that. Children do that so I understand what you mean. I just let my anxiety get the best of me. As I’m a hypochondriac.. I know my anxiety and when I dwell on something to long I start to have those sym. so I’m confused if what I’m feeling is bc of me or if I can actually get coming down with something. I will try to remain relaxed. I will try my best.. do you think I should get a covid test? Thank you for responding to me. it does feel better to talk with someone about it
