So, my muscles hurt, I have a really persistent pain in my right hip (but my left side is alright), I have lots of back muscular pain, and it never seems to go away. The hip pain started about two weeks ago and although it's tolerable I have no idea what to do to make it go away.
I used to play basketball and still had pain (muscular problems in my back and arms, hands and elbows), it's been getting worse for the last two years or so. Now I'm not as active as I was then (quit last year), but I'm not tooo lazy and I eat well (I'm a vegetarian with a healthy diet). I've tried swimming but I'm not sure it will help, what do you think?
Other problems include air hunger (it started some 6 months ago but now it's not a big problem as it was then) and accelerated heart rate. This last problem started to bother me after a particularly bad hangover, it scared me so much I stopped drinking for good. And yet I still get it sometimes and it frightens me, even though my exams all say I'm healthy and it's probably just anxiety.
What do you think is my main problem and what could I do to fix it?
Could my pain be caused by bad posture (I'm very tall)?
Could swimming make a significative difference?
Is it normal to feel like this at my age?
Any other tips will be welcome, it's my first time posting so please help me.
Thanks!
