Hi i got these marks on my testicles i only just noticed them but about a month ago i got a full STI test i think they said the only thing it did not include was herpes as they would need to swab something. everything came back negative and i have no symptoms other than itchy testicles and a few days ago after a long walk a very intense itch around my anus a friend said its most likely a fungus infection as 'herpes tends to not be long lines' but i just wanted some feedback to put my mind at rest. All thoughts welcome and thank you.
Seems fairly normal to me, maybe some kind of jock itch or something. How do you normally wash? any sprays, creams, etc?
