hi I'm worried about something I found on the opening of my anal. it's a white spot it's not that hard or even sore or itchy but it has shown up this past couple weeks and I have no idea. I'm nervous to go to the doctor but I will make an appointment. has anyone seen anything like this. or even know what it could be

They sound like fordyce spots to me. If those spots don’t itch and burn and also white to yellow in colour then they can be fordyce spots. They usually don’t need treatment and don’t do any harm.
thank you for you reply I hope it is something as small as that. it looks like a shape of a mole but it's more image of a white spot. I've looked online but there's nothing I can see really that looks similar. I thought it could be genital warts but I don't have unprotected sex so I don't see how it could be . thank you for the response hopefully it will be okay tho
It may be a sentinel skin tag, which is no cause for concern. These occur if a blood vessel near the anus swells or becomes enlarged - they're common with anal fissures. So if you have had issues with bowel movements lately, it could very likely be a result of that; straining, diarrhea, hemorrhoids.

I hope it's nothing serious. it doesn't hurt or really cause any bother. I don't believe it is an STI as my boyfriend has no warts or spots or any indication that it would be. we are very safe with sex. I just hope it's nothing like that. I thought it could be a skin tag but I'll get it checked. least I don't feel as worried
