hello im 17 years old and i noticed a couple months ago spots on my penis shaft. this may have been there for a while but i have only just noticed them. anyone have any idea what they are and should i be worried.

These are just Fordyce spots, which are collections of sebaceous (grease) glands. It’s not an STD and no treatment is required. They often become more prominent during adolescence and is simply a feature of sexual maturity.
