havent had unprotected sex since over a year with my ex gf but this recently came up and im not sure what to think of it :/ cant afford to see a doc right now either so im quite worried. no itching and quite painless.. could it be a benign reaction?

update: its cleared up a lot lately. probably just an irritation from excessive masturbation. now a lot less red and gradually shifting to pinkish natural and drying up.. ive been keeping clean it and havent put anything on it to make it worse..
