Hi there ! I am a healthy male. 20 years old. I got crackling (it's like buzzing) in my left lower lung especially when I am slouching or crouching. I don't have any other symptoms. It comes and goes . I didn't have it when i am standing. It can't be heard outside. Is it something serious ? I am away from home . So I can't see my doctor right now.
I got a sore throat.

Oh,I forgot to mention I also allergic to dust mites.
