i got this on my penis about a week ago. at first it seemed like a pimple so it popped and white pus cane out of it and it scabbed up. since like 4-5 days a ago its just a lump thats making part of the skin around it kind of swollen and it hurt to the touch. also on my base like right where the crease is by my thigh its hurting when i press on it on the side where the lump is. it hurts to press on the left aswell but not as much. any ideas of what this could be?
