I got three red spots on my penis

I have red spots on my penis. Two on the head of my penis and one just below the head. I haven't done any type of sexual intercourse yet. I'm still fifteen. So it should not be any std's. I was thinking that the cause maybe from scratching it because every night I kind of scrath my penis and it feels good so I ended up doing it every night. I need help, I'm scared if this is somewhat

It cant be an STD if you havent had any kind of sexual contact. Maybe try not scratching it and see if it goes away. If you are worried then visit your doctor and get checked out. Im sure its nothing to worry about.
