If these were like large fluid filled blisters originally then it may be Bullous Impetigo. It will clear eventually on its own…just keep it washed lightly and if they are very sore put something like Savlon cream on them. Do not burst the blisters. Also others may appear. Sometimes this can spread so if you are really bothered by it then do see your doctor. Keep away from babies and anyone who is very vulnerable to infections. It can last for several months then just clears up.
