I had a recent attack of diverticulitis around April 1st. I was prescribed two very strong antibiotics. One was called Flagulant and the other called Cifro. (neither I think are spelled correctly). Immediately upon taking these antibiotics, I noticed three white patches of hair and then three bald spots as the hair fell out. This happened within a week. The bald patches are in very odd places, not your typical male pattern baldness. After reading some articles about bacteria, which these antibiotics temporarily wipe out, I surmised that this must be what happened to me. Has anyone heard of or experienced this? Should I do anything, or wait for new growth? One of the patches got quite large, about the size of a silver dollar now. Thank you in advance,Jim De Young
