I am on 45mg of Matazapin 150mg of sertraline 40mg of Propanaoln an 7mg of zopiclone PLEASE can someone give me any advice am at the end of the road x

I can only hope you are seeing a psychiatrist and not just a GP.  I don't know how you function with all those drugs.  Good luck.

Hi I'm just wondering if you've been tried on a low dose antipsychotic like quitiapine or olanzapine? At lower doses they augment well with antidepressant and can be very effective. Maybe worth chatting to your psychiatrist? There has been some evidence that adding a mood stabiliser like lithium can be helpful too in major depression. ECT is another possibility. Good luck
