I don’t know why after 2 months my ruins steam is so narrow
Good news: this may still improve, 2 months isn't that long.
Bad news: GL doesn't garantee optimal results. This depends on many factors: your age, the condition
of your bladder (its elasticity, the absence of strictures etc). In my case (GL at the age of 77, prostate cancer coexistent) the results are far from optimal, but my bladder is very weak.
You are right to empty the bladder completely via catheters. This may help. Best wishes! Zdzislaw
My GL procedure left me permanently incontinent, but it also left me with only a modestly improved flow rate. The Greenlight Laser works when the laser green light interacts with red blood cells, causing destructive heating.. If there is no blood, there is no ablation of prostate material. In my case, it left a very ragged interior to the prostate (I caught a glimpse of it by craning my neck around to see the screen.) It looked like a lot of roots hanging from the surface of the prostate. This hanging crud caused the prostate to be inflamed, so I had to have a second procedure (Gyrus TURP) to clean up the mess. That could be what you are experiencing.
After months of fruitless physical therapy, I found another urologist at a major university teaching hospital. He was aghast at what I had been through. He said that he had done GL procedures in the past and taught doctors the GL procedure, but he would no longer do GL surgery or teach it because of problematic outcomes. GL has the advantage of less bleeding afterwards, but it also can have significant downsides.
