i have had HPV/ have it had cleared but on last pap i had a few years ago i was told it had not. ive started to get these bumps and slight itch and burning down there in the lady area. but im also prone to yeast infections but ive never had a issue like this before im also a little paranoid about stuff i work in a nursing home and have a resident that has herpes she gets her urine every where and when we go in to do care she fights us i just recently found out she had herpes and freaking out a little that she could have some how passed it on to be because of her compativness and getting her fluids every where .

I do not know if she can pass it on to you. But what you need to do when you take care of this patient. You need to ware gloves and make sure you wash your hands after.
I worked in a nursing home when I was younger in the 80. Took care of the worst patients. I took care of a women that had bed sore on her back that you could see her lungs. She came to us like that from the hospital. I wore glove when I took care of her. She lasted 3 month’s like that.
I know you want to take care of the patients but you have to take care of you
