hi am 38 old female since November 2020 i have weird symptoms related to upper abdomen especially epigastrium area something moving or holding like and sudden release of something and passing gas i went to nearly 10 doctors did endoscopy mri ultrasound xray blood test everything was normal doctors said its gas or acidity and my repeated visit to doctors made them think its in my mind tbat am sick…finally one surgeon guessed its omentum fat stuck on intestines and that surgery is the only way
i underwent surgery and yes he was right the fat layer was kind of growing from bottom toward chest and it had stuck on small intestine i am hesitating to share the photo some may feel it gross.its all new to me and i wonder why it didnt show up on scan am curious to know if anybody has my kinda experience
