It does look suspicious of herpes especially given that it popped. Best bet would be to get it swabbed.
it is herpes. it popped and crusted over as yellow. but dont freak out get medicine its a outbreak and sometimes they come every 6 years or more. just a rash sweetheart.Go to the dr and get information to reduce chances of spreading

the top doesn’t has a color anymore, it’s only a bit red around and has a thing on it

when it burst no liquid came out, only a wound that is healing, this is the 4th day, don’t herpes blisters take longer to burst?
there is nothing set in stone. maybe sex blister or pimple. the cluster is suspect
having a sti or std doesnt make you dirty.

My doctor said that is very unlikely to be herpes, it’s sifilis
