i had this itching for 3 weeks with rash on balls and penis and i dont know the reason and its stressing me out what this can be ( didnt have sex for almost 6 month) and when i itch my balls something comes out like dandruff white thing please help
This is most likely a reaction to something the skin of your genitals has been in contact with.
Genital skin is much more sensitive than skin elsewhere on the body - and often there is much more warmth and sweat in the area with layers of underwear and outer clothing.
Unfortunately you need to suspect anything that has contacted the skin.
In statistical terms this is most often things like soap and shower gel, or other forms of body wash. Then there are less likely things such as what your clothing is washed in such as soap powders or any treatments and additives that are introduced during the clothes washing process.
The thing that often happens is that one of the regular things you use has changed and has created this reaction. Try to think of what this may be and exclude anything that you have not used routinely prior to this problem.
You need to be really careful when you take a shower - avoid applying ANY soap and OTHER body wash to your genitals. Wash everywhere else on your body first then spend at least 2 or 3 minutes rinsing your groin and genital region with warm, NEVER hot running shower water.
Dry this area first, be really careful not to cause further distress to the skin, but you must ensure to remove ALL moisture as any left behind can simply add to the problem. You should be using towels that ONLY you use
