Cysts and dermatological issues related to cysts usually dont itch. have you used harsh soaps, perfumes, or deodorants in the area recently? Or have you changed brands of body wash? If so, in conjunction with the extreme itchiness you say you have, it could be a couple different things. If there has been a change in your soaps it could be contact dermatitis, or it could be a fungal infection known as tinea curis. and lastly if it’s scaly and hard it could be some thing known as lichen simplex.
for treatment, I would recommend mixing antifungal cream that you can get over-the-counter (atheletes foot cream), And a Hydro Cortizone cream or steroid cream to help with the itchiness. Apply this twice daily for a week and see if this helps. Refrain from using harsh soaps and chemicals or hot water on the area and try to keep the area dry other than the creams
i got lumps on penis too and its itchy too sometimes… yeah i used soap to clean it two-three time before … and thanks for help…
